Keep Growing : Yoga Fest & So Much More

Hey my friend,

Yoga Fest is approaching April 12-13. It’s going to be epic!

So much has happened since I returned home and honestly I’m just in the flow.

Work is what I do best and I love love love to let the results speak for me.

Saturday we were Juvenile’s Catering Team and that experience did something special to my spirit.

Let me take you back a few months. In November, I did a show with my team in Mississippi. Juvie was having a show in Nola at the same time and my girls were so excited about it. When I found out he was coming to LC I had my manager immediately reach out to his team.

We have been communicating with management ever since. Saturday, we served the best of the best to their crew and you know we did it right. They didn’t go without.

Juvie was so kind to all of us and even let me take a video.

They gave us free tickets for my entire crew and we were backstage until it was show time.

The experience alone was mind blowing. But the best part for me was to see my crew so so so excited.

I just love seeing how we have all pulled together ever since. We have been busier than ever since he posted us on his page to his millions of followers.

I made my team a promise when I came back that if I’m back we are going big. It’s happening.

I’m still managing my outside life but I’m not going to lie. I need an assistant.

I’m gearing up now to go hard for Yoga Fest and put some deep intention behind what we are up to. It’s going to be epic as is everything in life.

This year feels different. I can’t quite put my finger on it, but I know something special is happening.

All I can do is take it one day at a time. Little by little, everything enhances, grows and becomes exactly what it’s supposed to be.

As far as love goes, I’m not really on that journey anymore. Self love is where I’m at. I have to grow myself for my kids and myself. I’m not sure if I want to ever be in love again tbh. I think it’s such a distraction from the goals I have for myself. I have my friends who buy me drinks and dinner when they see me around. I have my guys who show love. I’m not hurting for anything when it comes to relationships and maybe that’s how it’s supposed to be for some of us. I have my favorites who keep me company every now and then, but it’s nothing serious. I accept it all for what it is.

I just really want to keep leaning into the present moment and do what’s best right now.

My focus is on the promises I’ve made to myself and my community. I released self sabotage and found my footing in something much bigger than myself.

In that, I released a whole lot of beliefs and things that held me back from finding that flow again.

I am thankful to be home again in a new spirit. Let’s GEAUX baby!
