It’s happening! This year’s Festival is going to be the biggest one yet and I am so excited!
If you’re looking for a day of retreat, reset and relaxation, this is going to be it. All of my favorites in the healing arts community of Lake Charles are joining forces to bring the collective to a higher level! This sets my soul on fire!
To start the festival, we will have Rachel Boggs, RN leading a transformative breath work session. This is valued at $300 for a private session and it will be free to festival attendees. https://www.resilientrootscollective.com
My beautiful friend, Magen Roberts will be guiding us into our hearts with a sacred cacao ceremony. Right after, we will come together in prayer and then work together to build a community mandala as an art offering.
From there, Darian will kick off the big energy with Buti Yoga, bringing our hearts online. Then we will slow it down with Pilates offered by our partners with Epic Health.
Right after that, we will wind down even more with Inclusive Chair Yoga with Mantra Yoga Center. https://www.mantrayogacenterlc.com
During that same time, for those who will not be participating in Chair Yoga, Barry Kelley will be offering Dynamic Breathwork in the Zen Den.

The Yoga Flows will pick back up with Erin G as she hosts the family yoga for all the kiddos and their caregivers.
Afterwards, Amy with Edgemont Healing Center will be bringing us into the Kundalini Yoga Flow.
