Hey you!
It’s been so long since I wrote you. It’s been so long since I’ve been able to write like this. I’m not sure how this is going to work, honestly.
I have to clear the creative pipes or else I might burst internally.
Let’s recap shall we.
The retreat Deep Gypsea held in Ocean Springs over the summer was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. It was magic in pure form. The retreat guests told us all that we changed their lives.
The crazy part is that we had nothing planned. God laid it all out before us day by day. A lamp unto my feet is the saying I refer back to when I think of that retreat.
During the retreat I felt something heavy over me. I walked and walked. I wept. Then on the last day, I called my mom to check in and she told me to get my butt home. She had cancer.
I didn’t even stay for the closing ceremony. I didn’t even pack any belongings from the house. I left it, drove to my apartment and stuffed things in a bag before heading back to Lake Charles.
I told my mom to go to Houston. I met her there a few days later after I got the kids situated.
My lease was up around that time so I packed everything and moved back to my home in Lake Charles.
I put the kids in school and decided that they needed to be close to my family until we figured out what was happening.
My mom went to Mexico to a healing center and came back revitalized and in remission. She’s a warrior.
In the meantime, I took Buffis back over and it was a mess. For the first two weeks I was in shock. How could it be so far gone?
I hadn’t taken a day off for six months since I returned. I called my mission “Restaurant Takeover”. I thought to myself, if I close, I’m going to close with a good reputation. I cannot have a stain on my family name because of me.
It’s been emotionally exhausting. At first the staff was a wreck. They didn’t want to like me. So I worked alongside them. Every day I was in the kitchen.
My goal wasn’t to rebuild what I had. It was to create an unbreakable system. I don’t want to live in the restaurant. If I’m back, I’m going big. That’s it.
The first day I announced publicly that I was back, I had an employee cuss me out when I confronted her about stealing. “Get the fuck out of here!”, I told her as I pointed to the door. The audacity of some people. As she was yelling in at my doorstep at opening, I saw the Moon Man passing with an associate. Protective energy was sent. I felt it. I was going to be okay. I went outside after he was gone and told her to “get the fuck from my doorstep before it got real!”
“Don’t put your hands on me Paige.”, she warned as I pushed her away.
When it comes to my money, my business, the mobster arrives. I thought about my losses and I just called the cops. She wasn’t worth it.
Little by little, things got easier. I found a good crew. I developed the rest.
I teach them about energy. I show them my ways.
It’s been 6 months and everything is different. In order for me to create a system, I developed an incentive program. It’s amazing. My staff works for points. The rewards are high.
“I love how it feels to work here”, a staff member told me.
Christmas came around and many of my staff couldn’t provide a Merry one to their kids. So I started a toy drive. I didn’t know how I would raise the money with how busy I’ve been. But God brought the Marshall in and he delivered bags and bikes for every kid.
My staff now believes in something bigger. They see the power. They understand what I’ve been teaching. It’s respect.
I broke up with Breezy after I came home. He crossed some boundaries and I just don’t have time to waste. It’s love. It’s deep love, but I have kids to tend to. I don’t need to be worried about a man. The concept of devotion is non negotiable for me.
Needless to say, life has been really hard. Two sick parents, kids, a needy business, coaching, a crumbling love life, grieving…. I felt like Job from the Bible.
Regardless, I kept holding onto the hope I have in Christ and in myself. I know me. No matter what, I always come out swinging. I’m always on top even when it feels like I’m low.
My cash flow is nice now. I can breathe at least. After my 3 month coaching program, I had to stop taking clients. That space requires too much of my energy. My clients transformation does not come cheap for me. Right now, I need to make money. Period.
So I’m building the concept of a franchise-able restaurant. The food is not the problem. It’s the system. I’ve been working hard behind the scenes on a culture, training and incentives. I’m on to something big. I told my mom about it and now they want to use it at Steamboat Bills. I see it being something I sell to other companies.
I’m not sure yet where it’s going. But I see it being something people desire.
Breezy and I are co parenting our children in a way. His 14 year old daughter and my 13 year old became best friends. They talk almost every day. His 10 year old daughter and my 12 year old son love each other like brother and sister. I love his girls, but that’s a given. Children are something special. So when his oldest comes down to the Coast for breaks and Holidays, she calls Hannah to come out. I take all the kids and let Breezy have a break. It’s not easy emotionally, but it’s what’s best for the kids. I’m not taking my feelings out on them.
Everyone dreams of love, but love can come in different forms. You never know.
Breezy is soul fam. You know me. My relationships are deep. When we connect it’s ancient. Being strangers is a funny concept. I’ve grown up. I’ve learned how to wrestle with my feelings, tame them and guide them in the right direction. What is best for all?
Are we to fight? Or make peace? Peace at all cost is my goal.
That’s been my calling moving forward.
I’m 35 now and I deserve peace. My professional life has been one for the books, but I’m on a different playing field now. I am seeking generational wealth.
I know the energy that consumes me is that of the Holy Spirit. I want to share that through the freedom of business. I will be the capitalist that’s sets the example of what a good person can do with money. I’m back in my city for now. I’m rebuilding what I lost. I lost a lot.
I paid for my year long break. In that loss, I also gained my clarity, peace and freedom. I’m always reminded of the reality of life. We can dream, but you have to work for it. I’m not afraid of that.
As I sat by the fire on New Years, I was awakened to the protection I’m always provided by my angels.

Life has its ups and downs. It’s has its way of keeping us humble. We must always remember the power of Christ and the Angels that dance in the fire for us.
I’m beginning to plan the Yoga Fest. I really want to change the name to Unity Fest to be honest. It’s going to be 2 days this year. I’ll give you more details when I lock in the dates.
2025 is going to be a beautiful year no matter what. We get to choose.
Our emotions are just energy. We get to harness them and guide them to higher ways of being.
No matter how hard life gets, I’m blessed by my people.

I took my kiddos to NOLA before New Years to experience glass blowing at my friends house. It’s the simple things…
At the house in Mississippi I had a dream that my children and I were being choked by a totem. I knew what it was. My ex, an artist, had a painted a brick and left it there. I took it out.
I’ve felt spiritually attacked for years. I just don’t let it have power over me. However, that evil energy has attacked me so deep.
Someone told me that when I dispel it, it can try to come back and latch onto my light.
My first day back at Buffis, my entire circuit of energy in the building started to surge so bad that my equipment went out. I called entergy and they couldn’t find a problem.
The next day my staff member told me my Internet was down and I couldn’t use my POS system. Good thing I pay for back up Internet with a different company.
Like I said, I don’t play about my money. I called my IT guy and he brought me a satellite set up to get me through the weekend.
No weapon formed against me shall prosper. Period.
After that I took salt and sprinkled it around my place. Then I cast all the evil energy out.
My manager bowed her head as I worked.
When I got home, I pulled out every book that had dark energy over it. I burned it.
I went into deep worship for the Holy Spirit. I feel clean, but there’s something I’m missing. I’ll find it. It might be a book or a gift. I don’t know. It’s still around.

I’m in a new era of faith. I’ve explored many religions and many understandings. I’ve always found Christ in everything and through it all.
These spiritual attacks had the strength to pull me away from my faith, but it only brought me closer. Now I’m excited to see where we go from here.
I’m thinking of starting a prayer group, for anyone interested.
Thanks for reading. Thanks for loving me. Thanks for everything.
With The Deepest Love,
Paige Elliott
